This Agreement governs your participation in the Clapper Accelerator™ Influencer Program (the "Program"), created, packaged, and executed by StreamHouse Global ("we," "us," "our"). Clapper Inc. is the underlying platform on which your content and live streams take place. By checking the agreement box on our application form, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope & Non-Exclusivity
This is a non-exclusive relationship. You retain full freedom to produce content, stream, operate, and enter into contracts with other platforms, networks, agencies, or commercial sponsors. StreamHouse Global agrees to provide non-exclusive growth support, including live stream traffic support, Fam Tier revenue architecture, access to agency training resources, and direct management escalation channels to Clapper Inc.
2. Revenue Disclosures & Platform Control
You receive your published creator share of platform payouts directly from Clapper Inc. (see the payout table on the application page). These splits are set, managed, and distributed directly by Clapper Inc. and are subject to change at Clapper's sole discretion. StreamHouse Global retains zero percent (0%) commission on your baseline live streaming, gifting, or subscription earnings.
Sponsored content opportunities and referral-program earnings are governed by Clapper Inc.'s terms and figures, which are set and may change at Clapper's discretion. StreamHouse Global does not guarantee approval into any sponsored activation, nor any specific referral earnings.
3. Content Compliance
All content you produce, including glamour, cosplay, spicy, or other mature content, must comply with Clapper Inc.'s community guidelines and terms of service, and with all applicable laws. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this Program.
4. Referral Routing & Mapping Protocol
To ensure accurate agency attribution and referral tracking, any creators you refer must be routed through your designated StreamHouse Global landing page rather than a direct, un-gated Clapper link. StreamHouse Global is not liable for unassigned referrals or lost commissions resulting from a referred creator bypassing this required workflow.
5. Platform & Link Disclaimer
Clapper Inc., not StreamHouse Global, owns and operates the Clapper platform, referral system, and associated download links. Referral links provided to you through this Program are intended for new Clapper account setups; if you already hold a Clapper account, referral attribution may not apply correctly. StreamHouse Global is not responsible for broken links, platform downtime, technical glitches, or attribution errors caused by Clapper Inc.'s systems, and makes no guarantee that any link, code, or redirect will function without interruption.
6. Confidentiality & Proprietary Materials
All training manuals, live growth frameworks, strategy playbooks, diagnostic funnels, campaign mechanics, and internal management escalation channels provided by StreamHouse Global are our exclusive, proprietary materials. You agree not to reproduce, publish, share, sell, or disclose these materials, or our internal communications, to external third parties, rival agencies, or public repositories, during or after your participation in the Program.
7. Communications
By applying, you agree StreamHouse Global may contact you by email regarding your application and Program participation. If you separately opt in to SMS communications on our application form, additional terms for those messages apply as described at the point of that consent and in our Privacy Policy.
8. Term & Termination
This Agreement is non-exclusive and at-will. Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by delivering written notice via email or the agency portal. Upon termination, your access to StreamHouse Global's live traffic support, management escalation channels, and proprietary training portals ceases immediately. Confidentiality obligations under Section 6 survive termination indefinitely.
9. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Participation in the Program does not guarantee any specific income, follower growth, engagement, sponsored-activation approval, or referral earnings. All figures referenced on our application page and in Program materials reflect current terms set by Clapper Inc. and are subject to change.
